About Fatima Al Emadi

I am a consultant, mentor, and ACC- accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Unit Management and am a graduate of the Qatar Leadership Center Executive Program, where I completed executive education with leading global universities, including Harvard, Oxford, Chicago Booth, and HEC Paris, among others.

 
I am a former Chief Financial Officer with over 18 years of experience in finance and management, bringing deep strategic and operational insight into my work with individuals and organizations. 

I have delivered over 100 hours of coaching, supporting professionals, leaders, and executives as they navigate complex challenges, strengthen decision-making, and create meaningful impact.
